Refund and Returns Policy

At KNVT, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to assist you with an easy and fair return or refund process.

🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You return the product to our designated return address

❌ You are not eligible if:

  • You have used the product and changed your mind
  • You request a return after 7 days without prior notice
  • The product was damaged or modified after delivery
  • You refused delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital/downloadable goods or gift cards

💰 Refund Process

After receiving your returned product:

  • We will inspect it within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your chosen payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned item
  • A gift certificate will be sent after approval

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
